VERY hot, VERY nice dirty talk, VERY hot man. I felt at some times the heroine was a bit annoying with the way she was trying to be something that she wasn't.

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Is there going to f/u between the heroine's sister and the hero's brother???? I hope so.
