Review
I was super excited to read Vlad's story. He's been the bane of Bones' existence for a while in the Night Huntress Series, so I've chuckled a many of times at his antics while being simultaneously scared of how devastatingly brutal he can be in his revenge.
I didn't know how I was going to like yet another spin off of the night huntress series, so I was reluctant when I heard this was coming out.
I was not disappointed though. I loved this book. I really loved Vlad and enjoyed getting deeper into his character. I also loved that Leila was such a kick a$$ heroine who wouldn't be a wilting flower around the famous--or should I say infamous--vampire.
The plot was great, there was lots of action, and Vlad and Leila's chemistry was off the charts. My only regret was that I didn't savor this and instead devoured it in day. Now I have to wait patiently for the next book to come out. I can't wait!
