So yeah, I just finished that.  It was amusing but not so much laugh out loud funny.  I got the tongue-in-cheekness of it, and I am not so stuck in the mud that I can't appreciate the utterly ridiculousness of that the genre I love sometimes put forth.

But, this parody was just so over the top that I found myself rolling my eyes way more than I actually laughed.  Maybe that was the point and maybe it wasn't but that's the effect that it had on me.

I don't think I'll continue with the other parodies in this series.
