A Perilous Undertaking - Deanna Raybourn
So entertaining! I read and listened to this one, but seriously, the narrator OWNS this series. She's so great with all of the voices, I can't even do them justice in my head. I love when that happens. LOL
Anyway, Veronica is up to her old tricks and brining Stoker along. I love the chemistry between those two. And the "will they or won't they" suspense is definitely keeps me intrigued.
I truly hate Veronica's "family" for all the hoops they are making her jump through. I wonder what's going to happen down the road with that.
And, I just KNEW who the killer was, but didn't know how to put it all together. Loved the way it just all fit when it was all said and done.
I can't wait to see what's going to happen in book 3. I hope I don't have to wait too long for it.
