Fifty Shades of Grey - E.L. James
I have set aside my work, stayed up late, and neglected my husband in order to wade through this world of Fifty Shades. My oh my, I would be such a sucker for Christian. His wounded soul, his struggle to be a good man despite his certainty that he's ruined beyond repair.

I loved this book, there's really no other way to say it. There was just something that resonated with me from the beginning, Ana's innocence, Christian's jadedness. It just came together so perfectly, but it wasn't perfect. I know that sounds weird but it's true.

I just can't believe that it ended where it did! I was so upset! It was ingenious though because I had to immediately go to read Fifty Shades Darker. I know that I will devour that one just as swiftly, and I'm going to be bereft because I have to wait for the third installment to come out. LOL

Reread finsihed on 5/11/12--I devoured it again for a second time, and it was just as good as the first!
