Beneath This Man - Jodi Ellen Malpas

Oh, the dysfunction.  I have no idea how these two found each other but it’s like a train wreck.  I felt like I’m watching the Bobby Brown/Whitney Houston story at times.  They just seem so wrong for each other but they can’t leave each other alone.

Jesse’s lying really gets to me.  I don't understand why Ava puts up with it.  And now things are progressing with them.  *shrugs*  Maybe I’m too old to understand the foolish in love thing.

Of course, I lamented this series from the first book and I went on a read the second so I guess I really shouldn’t complain but so many of my friends absolutely, LOVED this series so I’m trying to understand why.

I have no idea how to rate this book, so I'm not going to at this time.  It certainly kept me interested.  Even when I was yelling at the kindle screen, I kept right on reading, so that must count for something.
