So, I got up this morning, opened my kindle, and looked for something to start my 2014 off right, and I picked just right!

LUMBERJACK IN LOVE was such a cute, fun, read, I devoured it in a little over an hour.  I loved the premise of city girl meeting country boy and them falling reluctantly in love.  Ami and Marcus were such a cute couple, I couldn't help but fall right into their story.

I only wished this one had been smidge longer.  I'd have loved an epilogue to catch up with them sometime after their story ended because they were just so perfect together.

I will say that this is my second foray into a world created by Penny Watson and it's the second time I've been immensely pleased.  I love her voice, I love the way she can make me laugh, swoon and roll my eyes.  I'm definitely going to make it a goal of my 2014 to get more acquainted with her writing.
