and you will see this book! Seriously! I don't even know what to say. I thought I new f’ed up. I was sure of it. But, I was SO WRONG! BOY NEXT DOOR brings it to a whole-nother spectacularly fucked up fashion! I am shivering just thinking about how twisted this book was.
And like the giant train wreck it was, I couldn’t possibly look away. I was going down the spiral of dysfunction right with this character getting drawn it, snapping back horrified, just get to get drawn back in again. And at the end, I was so disturbed with the direction it was heading, I was furious that it was over. NO WAY, I need more.
I have to give a kudos to this author because there is no denying that she has a talent for creating characters that you couldn’t even possibly imagine. I knew she could write some really messed up stories. I read another one of her stories, Dancer. But, BOY NEXT DOOR is one of those that I know will stick with me for years to come.
Great job, Emma Clark. You’ve definitely gained a fan.
